Are my belongings insured during the move?

Absolutely. Your peace of mind is our highest priority. ANTS Transport AG provides comprehensive coverage, including transport insurance up to CHF 100,000 and general liability insurance up to CHF 10,000,000. From the moment we pick up your items to the moment they are delivered, you are fully protected.

Do I have to pack everything myself?

It is completely up to you! You can pack your own belongings, or you can choose our "A-to-Z Full Service." If you choose the latter, our trained professionals will carefully pack and unpack everything, paying special attention to fragile and delicate items. We can also provide all necessary high-quality packing materials.

What does the "100% Handover Guarantee" for cleaning mean?

Apartment handovers in Switzerland are notoriously strict. Our Abnahmegarantie (Handover Guarantee) means we deep-clean your property to meet the highest real estate agency standards. To ensure zero stress for you, a supervisor from our team will personally attend the official handover appointment to guarantee it is accepted without any issues.

Do you also assemble and disassemble furniture?

Yes, our team includes skilled assembly experts. We professionally dismantle your furniture, beds, and office equipment, transport them securely, and reassemble them perfectly in your new space so you can settle in immediately.

How far in advance should I book my move?

To secure your preferred date—especially towards the end of the month when most Swiss leases expire—we recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance. However, as a strong and flexible team, we can often accommodate short-notice and urgent moves. Just give us a call!
